Young Luxury Ethnography

Insight commission to provide fresh-thinking for French luxury brand

At the heart of my brief was the need to gain a novel and detailed understanding of the material and everyday worlds of five young luxury brand users in London, providing crucial context for key internal R&D and marketing processes. By conducting visual ethnography in their private spaces, I was able to gather deep qualitative insight, offering the client unprecedented access to the perspective of a potential customer, challenging assumptions and fostering new ways of thinking.
